• A/L attempt number

When you submit manual payments, we also collect:

• Payment slip images uploaded via Cloudinary
• Payment records including course, amount, and status

As you use the platform, we automatically record:

• Course enrollments and lesson access history
• Resource download/viewing activity

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for operating the learning platform:

• Creating and managing your student account
• Granting access to classes you have enrolled in
• Verifying manual bank transfer payments
• Providing class-related announcements and resources
• Responding to support requests

3. File and Resource Handling

Learning resources such as PDFs and images may be stored on Google Drive with public view access. Payment slip images are stored on Cloudinary. Course thumbnail images may also be stored on Cloudinary. We do not publicly expose your personal documents outside the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively for HDS Physics LMS operations. Payment slip images are viewable only by you and the admin for verification purposes.

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account email and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
