1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the HDS Physics learning platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Rules

You must provide accurate personal information when registering.
Each account is for a single student only.
You may not share your login credentials with anyone.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payments and Verification

All course fees are paid via manual bank transfer. After submitting your payment slip, our admin team will verify and approve your payment. Access to classes is granted only after payment approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

4. Class Access and Expiry

Course access may be provided for a fixed duration as determined by the course creator. Once your access expires, you will no longer be able to view lessons or resources for that course. Expiry dates are visible on your dashboard and class pages.

5. Content Sharing Prohibition

You may not:

Share, download, or redistribute videos, PDFs, or other class materials outside the platform.
Share your login credentials with others.
Screen record or re-upload lessons to other platforms.

All educational content remains the intellectual property of HDS Physics and Hirun De Silva.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of course content, refunds are not available once access has been granted. Please ensure you review course details before submitting payment. If a payment was made in error, contact admin immediately before approval.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform uses Google Drive for resource storage and YouTube for video lessons. These services are subject to their own terms and may be unavailable at times. We are not responsible for downtime or changes on these third-party platforms.

8. Changes to Classes and Resources

We may update, add, or remove classes, lessons, and resources at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of significant changes.
